This quote from Harriet Beecher Stowe speaks to the moment when we feel things may be too hard to keep going and encourages us to never give up. Veronica discusses how the world within us and around us moves to the extremes, and that sometimes we must let go of our expectations and ride out the struggles to get to the change we desire.
Veronica speaks about the concept of letting go, and how in this context it means letting go of resistance to things being the way they are so we can be truly present and vulnerable, and make use of the strength that comes with that vulnerability. She explains how we cannot force change into happening just because we don’t like how things are, but we can breathe ourselves through the difficulty.
