During our 4 weekly virtual sessions, we will discuss that week’s quotes, reflect on their deep meanings, and explore how these ideas about nonviolence fit into our modern lives.

You want to deepen your nonviolence practice
You’re curious about Gandhi’s approach to nonviolence
You don’t have a lot of reading time
You’re hungry for deep and meaningful conversations
Join us for an enriching experience as we kick off the new year! This is a unique opportunity to challenge yourself to practice and embody nonviolence each day. Expect to engage in profound conversations while anchoring yourself in a principles. Participants will gain valuable insights into personal practices of nonviolence, enhance their communication skills, and develop a deeper understanding of Gandhi’s teachings.
Throughout this month-long book discussion, we will incorporate journaling prompts, exercises, and “experiments in truth” to deepen our exploration. We are committed to creating an inclusive and warm space where everyone feels safe to share and navigate their thoughts and perspectives. To enrich our discussions, authors Stephanie Van Hook and Michael Nagler will join us as special guests on January 30, 2025.
