This workshop will be an interactive exploration of laughter, play, and relaxation. Through guided play-based activities, you’ll be given an opportunity to connect with others and rediscover your child-like playfulness. We'll explore the physiological benefits of laughter and share practical techniques to integrate more laughter into your daily rhythms. You'll also learn relaxation practices to help calm your body and mind amidst the world's turmoil. This workshop aims to equip you with tools and practices to infuse more peace into your life, your community, and the world.

Facilitator

Dan is the founder, and chief developer of Unified Playfulness. He has trained and learned from various renowned clown and playfulness teachers including; Avner Eisenberg, Anthony Trahair, Mery Miguez, Barnaby King, Moshe Cohen and many others. He has also spent 2.5 years living in a monastic setting, practicing and learning about meditation practices and mystical wisdom. His work integrates wisdom from both playfulness and mindfulness lineages and has a focus rooted in systems change. His online course Play From Home supports people to integrate more play into their daily lives, and build happier habits. Unified Playfulness - Lifestyle Labs are a series of workshops designed for people to make tangible changes in their life through the power of play, community, and commitment.
