Limited to 10 participants.

Do you want to:

  • Deepen (or begin) a practice of nonviolence at home?

  • Move from a punitive to a restorative model in your household?

  • Speak your truth to your family with the care that they want to receive?

  • Remove punishments but don’t know what to do instead?

  • Know how to support your children’s squabbles instead of refereeing?

Then this participatory, small group opportunity to learn and practice with Sarah Kmon is for you.

You will take a  deep dive into nonviolence at home—a home-revolution, where we learn to place needs at the center of the family system. This workshop is intended for parents or caregivers for children.

  • Week One: Single steps, radical changes. Finding the starting point and going further. Removing punishments. Deepening our commitment to care, consideration, and authenticity.

  • Week Two: Repairing and sharing towards trust and connection. The perfect parent isn’t possible. Repair is more important than perfection.

  • Week Three: Using vision to increase togetherness and collaboration.

  • Week Four: Self-responsibility and authenticity. Setting limits with transparency.
