Do you want to:
Deepen (or begin) a practice of nonviolence at home?
Move from a punitive to a restorative model in your household?
Speak your truth to your family with the care that they want to receive?
Remove punishments but don’t know what to do instead?
Know how to support your children’s squabbles instead of refereeing?
Then this participatory, small group opportunity to learn and practice with Sarah Kmon is for you.
You will take a deep dive into nonviolence at home—a home-revolution, where we learn to place needs at the center of the family system. This workshop is intended for parents or caregivers for children.
Week One: Single steps, radical changes. Finding the starting point and going further. Removing punishments. Deepening our commitment to care, consideration, and authenticity.
Week Two: Repairing and sharing towards trust and connection. The perfect parent isn’t possible. Repair is more important than perfection.
Week Three: Using vision to increase togetherness and collaboration.
Week Four: Self-responsibility and authenticity. Setting limits with transparency.
