Robin Wildman, the foremost authority on Kingian Nonviolence in Education, will present an engaging lecture, with opportunity for Q and A, about how classrooms and schools can be transformed into “Beloved Communities”, places where all students are loved, included, and valued as human beings. Kingian Nonviolence (pronounced King-ee-an) is based on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 's philosophy and strategies used to address and reconcile conflict.
This 2-hour virtual experience will be divided into 3 parts:

How to transform a Classroom and School That Will Improve Climate and Culture-Testimonials from educators and students

REQUIREMENTS: The course will be held on Zoom. Participants must have internet access, and microphone and video on their computer.

FACILITATOR
Robin Wildman has been a senior Kingian Nonviolence trainer, lecturer, and consultant for twenty years, and a public school teacher for twenty-eight years. She has conducted workshops, given lectures and trained hundreds of adults and children in the conflict reconciliation strategies employed by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. She is the author of a Kingian nonviolence curriculum, used nationally and internationally by educators and trainers of children and teens.
