As we move through the darkest part of the year, and challenging times for humanity, this afternoon-long Winter Solstice Nonviolence Retreat will circle around finding Joy In the Dark. Restorative, joyful, and nourishing, this time of gathering will help you center and connect. During this online retreat, we will hold space for one another and lift up the mirror of our deep listening. We will explore the gift of darkness, silence, and quiet. We will learn skills for practicing nonviolence toward ourselves and others. You will gain approaches for staying grounded and centered in these times of crisis, finding what's essential for your heart and soul, and anchoring in truth. You will tap into the power of joy as a revolutionary force and explore how to be a midwife to changes we need, personally and politically, in these transformative times.
Part 1: Embracing the Dark
Part 2: Centering In the Storm
Part 3: Joy As A Revolutionary Act
This nonviolence retreat is part of Pace e Bene’s three-fold approach to practicing nonviolence toward ourselves, one another, and the whole world.
