Hiring Organizer for Environmental Healing Project

Pace e Bene Nonviolence Service is a non-profit organization working to foster a just and peaceful world through nonviolence education, community-building, and action. For over 30 years we have been leading nonviolence trainings, publishing books, and organizing actions for a nonviolent world.

We are currently seeking to contract with a young person between 18-26 to organize a youth-centered Environmental Healing Project to help Pace e Bene build the capacity of the environmental justice movement through skill-building workshops and action strategies.  The next 3-5 years is critical to building an effective response to the global crisis. Pace e Bene’s Environmental Healing Project will support the cry of youth everywhere for dramatic change, beginning by mobilizing the network of groups and organizations affiliated with Pace e Bene to create youth-centered organizing for effective local and national strategies for change.

We prefer applicants to be based in the United States, though qualified international candidates may be considered.

Applicants must be available for weekly online staff meetings and have the ability to work remotely and independently.
