From Contemporary Spirituality…
Over the past six years, Contemporary Spirituality has put on more than 50 live events.
Over the past several months, we have spent a substantial amount of time and money working with an outside company to develop our website. As you know, we are now and likely will for the foreseeable future, be working primarily through an online platform offering webinars and podcasts with the goal to offer these for free or at minimal charges.
Please check out our new website. We welcome your feedback and comments. We want to grow our online platform and if you know of anyone who wants to be on our email list, they can subscribe here. Future communication from Contemporary Spirituality will come from our new email address info@contemporarysprituality.net.
On our website you will also find our first podcast offering. This is a one-hour interview with John Dear, who has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, USA Today, National Public Radio’s “All Things Considered” and elsewhere. He is the subject of the DVD documentary, “The Narrow Path.” He is profiled in John Dear on Peace, by Patti Normile. His 37 books have been translated into ten languages. John Dear is on the staff of Pace e Bene. For further information, see: www.johndear.org and www.PaceeBene.org.
I hope you enjoy! Many more podcasts are in the works now, including Fr Ron Rolheiser and Fr William Meninger.
