Yoga for All with Carla Conde

Join Carla Conde for a monthly online yoga session that is intentionally created to be accessible for all bodies, ages, genders, and abilities. Hold space for your body and mind to find or restore peace.

We believe that everyone should be able to share in the teachings and benefits of yoga to practice nonviolence, peace, and care for ourselves and towards the world. With this inclusive approach, Carla Conde, a Pace e Bene board member, will host a monthly online yoga session that is intentionally created to be accessible for all bodies, ages, genders, and abilities. Carla is a trained accessible Yoga teacher whose motivation is to create a safe and equitable online environment for everyone. Classes will include effective and safe practices, breathing exercises, and relaxation. Very little is needed in terms of equipment: a mat or a towel to comfortably sit on the floor, a blanket, and one chair (any armless chair that the student has at home).

DATES: Three classes available, take one or join all three.

  • Thursday, February 16, 2023;

  • Thursday, March 16, 2023;

  • Thursday, April 13, 2023.

TIME: All classes begin at:

  • 7:30-8:30 am Pacific

  • 8:30-9:30 am Mountain

  • 9:30-10:30 am Central

  • 10:30-11:30 am Eastern.

Cost: Suggested donation $15 per class, $40 for 3 classes. Students can sign up for a single class or a package of three at a discounted rate, and all fees will directly support Pace e Bene’s future programming. A link for each recorded session will be available for anyone who registers and will be available for a week after the class.
