Pace e Bene works to assure the quality, integrity and consistency of its Engage programming. One way it does this is by training and certifying Engage trainers through its ten month Engage Trainers Development Program.
Certified Engage Trainers become members of the Engage Training Team and are qualified to lead three Engage programs: The Engage Workshop (a one day or an Intensive weekend program that introduces participants to nonviolent peacemaking and to the Engage process), the twelve part series, and the Engage Facilitator Training (a weekend program that prepares participants to facilitate the Engage ten-part small group process using the Engage Book).
