Pace e Bene Elders

Rosemary Lynch co-founded Pace e Bene in 1989 and co-directed Pace e Bene’s Nurturing a Culture of Nonviolence program.

Rosemary recently made the decision to move from a formal staff position to becoming Pace e Bene’s first “Pace e Bene Elder,” a role in which she will continue to share her keen insights into the spiritual journey of creating a more nonviolent world.

She has worked for peace and justice for over fifty years. She was on the leadership team of the Franciscan Sisters from 1960-1977 when she traveled extensively in Europe, Africa, Indonesia and Mexico.  Beginning in 1977, Rosemary worked as staff member of the Franciscan Center in Las Vegas, a group dedicated to promoting justice and peace through many community development projects.

Rosemary continues to teach classes, give workshops and make conference presentations throughout the world.

She earned her M.A. from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
