Depuis 1999, elle donne des formations à la résolution de conflits à travers le prgramme De la violence à la plénitude.
Martine was instrumental in translating and publishing the French translation of the From Violence to Wholeness curriculum. She has conducted and adapted numerous trainings in French. She is interested in assisting companies and organizations to develop nonviolent organizational practices and is pursuing a degree in Organizational Development.
