MOBILIZING FAITH COMMUNITIES FOR PEACE

The NH Peace With Justice Task Force of the United Church of Christ invites people of all faiths, as well as all people of peace, to join them for an evening discussion on mobilizing NH faith communities in expressing opposition to the US war in Iraq. The conversation will highlight the national Declaration of Peace campaign sponsored by Pace e Bene Nonviolence Service.

In addition to this discussion, the evening will include a potluck supper (all attendees are encouraged to bring a dish to share) and some grounding in the spirituality and practice of nonviolence (led by LR Berger, the New England Associate for Pace e Bene).

Directions to Havenwood: Off of I-93, take exit 15E and drive east on I-393. Take exit 2 off I-393. At the light, take a left onto East Side Dr. Go through the next set of lights and take your first right after that onto Christian Avenue. Havenwood is a quarter mile on the right.
