On February 10, Ken Preston-Pile facilitated a one day Engage workshop hosted by the Episcopal Diocese Peace and Justice Commission of Salt Lake City, Utah. The group spent a powerful day together exploring nonviolent options to conflict and violence.

Participants explored how to bridge the divide between the different faiths in the Salt Lake area, especially Mormons and Christians. The group also experienced many different perspectives on Utah’s pending anti-discrimination legislation using Pace e Bene’s Pieces of the Truth role-play. The participants were enthusiastic about the training, and most of them agreed to form an ongoing Engage group to go through the twelve part Engage process together.
