News about writer

I wrote a fan letter about the Father Louie profile. A conversation with staff writer Rick Paddock ensued. Turns out that the Los Angeles Times has cut him loose after more than 30 years.

The story about Louie was Paddock’s last for the LA Times. He went out with neither a whimper nor a bang.
