Much to my mothers horror, on international TV there was footage of me being a hacky sack for the Australian “starforce” police who look a little like hockey players in formal wear. (Photo of our Peace Tree community crew praying and witnessing infront of startforce below).

This next photo from Reuters of Peruvian anti-riot police officers at the military (!) parade to celebrate Peru’s Independence Day in Lima really scared me. It’s like fascism just got the guy who did the costumes for Star Wars to be the police’s fashion designer (though the separate abs is a nice touch…?)
