Personal note from Peter Klotz-Chamberlion:

RCNV has strong volunteers, donors and assets, is building more relationships with communities of color, and wants to continue on this path.

We hope for a new leader with grounded and multi-dimensional commitment to nonviolence, capacity and interest in the daily details of operating a nonprofit organization, passion for building relationships and community, serving and challenging more than leading from the top. The continuing staff members work half time. Tom manages facility rentals and the facility itself. Drew coordinates volunteers, leads Kingian Nonviolence Training and Cultural Exchange journeys to Selma. We have Board leaders who are connected with local Latinx communities and anti-racism work, and hope to grow further in those directions, along with continuing connections with global nonviolence.

We are going to pay more than RCNV staff has been paid, to enable an Executive Director to live in this challenging housing market.

Interested folks are welcome to ask me questions. We have several links above and below to more information. It's a great opportunity!
